Very good service though Bhola Nath did not come. Instead Aman from his team came. Genuine identification of work. For my LG AC, the authorised agency actually quoted 4500 for noise from my AC saying major problems. But Aman identified the problem as a loose screw and did not ask for money for the same after he repaired it. Subsequently he suggested that there is less gas and we should get it filled and leaks repaired for Rs 2000 which we agreed to. He then completed the work efficiently. Very happy with the service. Hope the AC functions well now and we get support from Kryoss Services incase some problems arise in the next 3-5 days.
