RO water systems sometimes make a pulsing noise or vibrating sound after changing the filters or performing service work. It is called Pressure Differential Vibrations or Pulsing. This is caused by a change in the water pressure within the system.

New filters or a reverse osmosis membrane not yet fully saturated with water are the common cause. It typically diminish until it finally stops completely. If the problem persists check the pump and inlet water valve.
